Yesterday while freezing my tuccus(sp?) off outside, I opted for the balmy breeze getaway. I was still cold but it was nice to be in another spot even if only in my mind-thanks for the suggestion!
You're welcome -- and thanks for your report. As you know, even though the getaway may be "only in (your) mind," the benefits (e.g., relaxation, deeper breathing, lower blood pressure, etc.) are real and measurable.
