1. Choose a sense on which you do not usually focus and try to tune into it a little more today.
2. About yesterday’s “smile” quote from Mother Teresa: While you’re passing smiles around, remember to put yourself on the “distribution list.” It’s easy: Just go to the mirror whenever it’s possible and give yourself a big, beautiful, loving smile.
3. Breathe deeply. Some people suggest this ratio: Inhale for one count; hold for four counts; exhale for two counts.
