1. If at all possible, get out on a bicycle. I guarantee you, you'll see things you never saw before -- even if it's a ride you've done in the past.
2. Given a choice between food that's more alive (i.e., closer to its natural state) and less alive (e.g., a Twinkie), opt for the former as often as you can. Fresh, raw, green things are especially good for you.
3. Do something you've always wanted to do.
