Today...

1. Do some stretching. Find a yoga class, or a tape, or even an old Richard Hittleman book and just begin.
2. When you're done stretching, do some deep relaxation. If you're not sure how, you can find lots of resources online.
3. After you're done stretching and relaxing, try to stay tuned in to your body for the rest of the day.
